Submit Your Artwork to Openhalle
We are seeking exceptional artworks for inclusion in our auction and a curated physical exhibition in Berlin. Every submission is carefully reviewed by the Openhalle curatorial team. We look forward to seeing your work. To ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines.
- Eligibility: Open to all artists, regardless of location. We welcome submissions from across the globe.
- Artworks: Artists may submit one artwork for consideration.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of €10 is required to cover administrative and review costs. Payments can be made securely via PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card.
Key Conditions & Terms

- Sales Commission: Openhalle retains a 50% commission on the final sale price of all artworks sold through our platform.
- Shipping & Logistics: Artists are responsible for all costs and logistics related to shipping, including delivery to the gallery and return shipping if the work is unsold. All artworks must be packaged securely for transit.
- Sizing Limitations: Artworks exceeding 80 cm on their longest side are eligible for the online auction only and cannot be considered for the physical exhibition due to space constraints.
- Works on Paper: All works on paper (e.g., drawings, prints, photographs) must be delivered framed and ready to hang at the artist’s expense.
